Customer Service Representative $55,500/annually
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and customers for Kivi Bros. Trucking. The CSR acts as a point of contact between customers, cross-functional internal teams, and drivers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs. This position is onsite at our Duluth, MN office.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional clientservice on a day-to-day basis

- Proven customer service experience in a trucking industry
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attentionto detail
- Ability to maintain compliance with various contracts, policies, regulations, andprocedures
- Possess clear and effective written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively prioritizemultiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Ability to be flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, assignments, and otherinterruptions that may impact deadlines
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and to establish andmaintain effective working relationships in a team environment with co-workers,internal customers and external customers
- Experience working with TMW and other logistic software
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
A good understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service principles, and a strong working knowledge of specialized freight and equipment found in the trucking industry.

- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholdersand executive sponsors.
